Definitions
“Company” refers to Betan Ltd. “Client” means the individual or business purchasing goods and/or services from Betan. “Products” include any materials, equipment, or items supplied. “Services” include consultancy, testing, or support activities provided by Betan Ltd.

Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with Betan Ltd, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. No other terms shall apply unless agreed in writing.

Quotations and Orders
All quotations are valid for 30 days from issue unless stated otherwise . Orders are accepted subject to availability and confirmation in writing. Betan Ltd reserves the right to decline orders at its discretion.

Pricing and Payment
All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Late payments will incur: Interest at 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate. An administration fee of £40-£100, depending on invoice size (per Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act). Products remain the property of Betan until payment is received in full.

Delivery and Risk
Delivery dates are estimates only; Betan Ltd is not liable for delays beyond its control. Risk passes to the Client upon delivery or collection, whichever occurs first. The Client must inspect goods on receipt and notify Betan Ltd of any issues within 48 hours.

Product Use and Liability
All products are supplied in accordance with applicable regulatory and safety standards. Betan Ltd will not be liable for misuse, poor installation, or failure to follow supplied guidance. Technical support is available to ensure appropriate product application.

Services
Testing services will be performed to industry standards and with due diligence. Reports or advice given are based on information provided and specific site conditions. Liability for professional services is limited to the total fee paid by the Client for that service.

Warranties
Products may carry a manufacturer’s warranty; details are available on request. Betan Ltd provides no additional warranty unless stated in writing.

Returns and Cancellations
Returns accepted only with prior written approval and within 14 days of delivery. Restocking charges may apply. Custom or special-order items are non-returnable. Services cancelled within 48 hours of commencement may incur a cancellation fee.

Limitation of Liability
Betan Ltd total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods or services supplied. Betan Ltd is not liable for indirect, consequential, or financial loss including loss of profit or business.

Force Majeure
Betan Ltd is not liable for any failure or delay due to events beyond its control, including strikes, supply chain disruption, acts of God, or changes in law.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts therein.

Confidentiality and Data Protection
Client information is handled in accordance with current data protection legislation. Betan Ltd does not share customer data with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

Intellectual Property
All intellectual property relating to designs, test data, documentation, and support tools remains the property of Betan Ltd.
